I (28F, bought these on my husband's account) got these because I needed a pair of exercise shorts to wear when I go walking around my neighborhood in the summer heat, with a pocket I could put my phone in. I usually walk, I don't really run or jog due to a heart condition, but these were perfect even when I wanted to do an occasional sprint. They don't ride up in general, however when sprinting (and I mean all-out sprinting, not jogging), they did ride up a bit, but I also have pretty narrow thighs. This riding up wasn't enough to be an issue but does make me wary of putting my phone in the pocket when I run. For those who run at a slower pace and jog (not lifting your legs as high) this probably won't be as much of an issue. Honestly, that's the only potential issue I can see is workouts involving lifting your leg up high could lead to just enough riding up to knock your phone out of the pocket. I'm probably going to stitch a little pocket cover with a snap on just to keep my phone more secure for the few times I want to all-out run. For walking and jogging though I think you might be fine. For reference, my phone is an iPhone X. So phone size could also impact whether or not that is an issue for you.The material is so comfortable and the fit is superb. I was honestly worried about getting something a little higher waisted because while my hips are wide, my waist is tiny, so even stretchy high-waisted things usually will be too big on my waist, but this fits perfectly without being too loose or too tight. The material around the waist is stretchy, and there is also a band of elastic at the top of the waist to help keep it in place. It's just tight enough to give a little bit of a control top effect to even my small waist, hiding that quarantine-baking-tummy-pooch. I can also easily fold over the high waist to make it low waisted if I want.Material is breathable and moisture wicking, I felt like they didn't get wet and sweaty even when I was spending hours out in the hot Tennessee sun. They are my go-to for walking and gardening.I'm also wearing them a lot even when I'm not working out. They are just so comfortable. I've taken naps in these. We're still in quarantine so I'm in that no-man's-land of trying to figure out what to wear everyday that isn't pajamas or real clothes, and I keep coming back to these shorts. I've got two more pairs in my cart as I write this review. I've never been someone to turn to "athleisure" when it comes to running errands, but I have worn these on what few short outings I have dared take. I've started wearing them under summer dresses that are just a little too short to feel comfortable bending over in. I'm just going to start wearing them all the time, seriously. They fit great, they make my butt look good, they are perfect for workouts, they are well made and sturdy (trust me, I'm a seamstress), and they look nice enough that I feel like I can wear them for running simple errands and not be judged.And at the time of my writing this, they are only $14.99, so that's fantastic. Seriously, I love these. Also for reference, I ordered a small, and my hips (at widest point, around butt) is 39 inches, and my waist (at the narrowest point, which is above where these hit) is 25 inches. Kind of a large waist-to-hip ratio, and still these aren't too loose around my waist, nor do I think they would be too tight or uncomfortable for someone with my hip size but a more normal waist size. It's a really nice material that has both sufficient stretch without feeling flimsy or like they'll stretch out too easily, which is nice to find in shorts that are also cheap.Do they ride up? Yes but these are good quality and easy to yank back down. I like them.I purchased these bike shorts to wear under a summer dress. The day was a triple H as they say, Hazy, Hot & Humid. There was no way I was putting Spanx on this body. (5'2" 150lbs) I ordered the medium thinking they would be on the snug side. I wanted to hold in some of the bulge without the discomfort of Spanx. These were perfect! Nice high waist, the legs short enough, but not too short or too tight, no rolling anywhere. very comfortable & so soft.I love the wave print and the fact that these yoga shorts have pockets.These exceeded my expectations!!I ordered these to wear under a dress for a concert I’m going to in August. I needed something lightweight, and prevent thigh chaffing.When I pulled them out of the packaging, I thought there was no way they would fit! They are TINY! I ordered a large; I’m 5’2” and currently weigh 184lbs. Luckily, I was wrong! These fit perfectly!The material is soft and lightweight. Provide light support, but doesn’t dig into your skin at all! I can wear them all day with now issues! Actually comfortable!I love these shorts for dance class and bootcamp class at the gym. They are very soft in a relaxed way. At first I was confused with which way to put them on but only made that mistake a few times and quickly put them on correctly.The design and color scheme is fun and fits right into the atmosphere of classes. I've done the recumbent bike and treadmill wearing them plus burpees, lunges and squats. In colder months I can easily slip on a pair of long flair pants to drive over to the gym. You cannot even tell there is a pair of shorts underneath.The coloring does not fade after numerous washes, still vibrant. I chose size Large at 5'8 and 150 pounds. I do not place in dryer and instead air dry on a hanger.Not too short at all and stays in place with no adjustments needed, has deep pockets I have only used for my hands.I had to order and return these twice as the "recommended" size based on the pictured size chart was way too big. I originally started with the XL which was about 4 inches too big in the waist (based on my measurements, at the most it should have been an inch too big); then I went down to a L which was still a good inch or two too large. After the second time returning I would have attempted one more purchase as they were a really good length and felt really well made, but unfortunately the were out of mediums in the color that I had been purchasing and had very few options available in that size.I will say that the pros for these based on the couple minutes I had them on:- they felt like a really good quality material, not super thin or see-through-the phone pocket falls at a nice location on your thigh so that you can put your phone in and not sit on it (that has been a problem with other shorts I've ordered)- I prefer a shorter inseam so these having approximately a 3" inseam was wonderful. For women who don't like this it could be a con. I personally don't like the long biker short look on me.With a material that stretches this much I would recommend using the smaller of your measurements as a base if you use the pictured size chart.For reference my measurements are 5'9"weight 140-150 lbswaist : 28-30"hip: 38-39"First, very cute print. Loved it! However, I'm not going to spend my money on a supposed "athletic" brand that sticks 3/4" elastic in the waist band and calls it a day. We have evolved past that garbage!! One time through the wash and that sucker would never lay flat again.Habe die Hose für den Sport gekauft (Yoga). Sie sitzt super, rollt sich an den Beinen nicht auf und schiebt sich nicht übermäßig hoch. Im Schritt ist nochmal ein kleines Dreieck eingenäht, sodass die Nähte dort auf den ersten Blick sehr stabil wirken. Die Innennaht am Oberschenkel kann bei sehr starker Dehnung spürbar sein (am Nahtabschluss), lässt sich aber problemlos hoch-/verschieben und engt nicht ein. Auch der hohe Bund ist sehr angenehm, die Schnürung stört nicht und es verrutscht nichts.Die Farbe "navy" wirkt fast schon schwarz, man erkennt es bereits auf dem Foto relativ gut.Ich habe die Hose jetzt genau zwei Mal zum Volleyball getragen. Schon nach dem ersten Mal Tragen habe ich festgestellt, dass die Hose Fäden zieht/ anfängt, sich aufzudröseln. Die Verarbeitung ist also absolut minderwertig. An sich sitzt sie gut und macht eine gute Figur (auch wenn sie wirklich sehr knapp ist) - aber aufgrund besagter Mängel kann ich sie nicht empfehlen.Ich mag diese Hose sehr gern. Auch wenn die Farbe eher anthrazit-meliert als schwarz ist. Sie hat genau die richtige Länge und verfügt über seitliche Taschen für Handy und Schlüssel. Sitzt sehr gut und sieht gut aus. Also Daumen hoch für diese preiswerten HosenSehr gutPasst super, sitzt bequem, Gr. M entspricht auch Gr. M, trocknet schnell, die Tasche ist praktisch. Tolles Teil und klare Kaufempfehlung.
